Dongyang Songpu Latex (Jinzhou) Co. Ltd was founded in 1995 in Jinzhou, Liaoning Province, our group is a high-tech enterprise integrating product research and development, production, and sales. We have established marketing centers and foreign trade companies in Tianjin and Hong Kong respectively. With nearly 500 employees and a modern garden-style factory covering an area of approximately 20,000 square meters, our workshops are all built to GMP standards. We specialize in the research, development, manufacturing, and marketing of condoms, finger cots, and health protection products. Currently, we have obtained multiple certifications including CE, ISO13485, ISO9001, and South African Bureau of Standards (SABS). The factory has built and put into operation 8 condom production lines with an annual capacity of 800 million condoms. Our main management and technical team consists of professionals and experts with over 20 years of industry experience, ensuring scientific and efficient company operations. Our brand-new production equipment and R&D team guarantee a complete range of our products in all models, specifications, and designs, better meeting current market’s personalized requirements and customer customization needs.
Cooling condom moulds
Glass moulds are precisely cooled to a controlled temperature before dipping. This step ensures optimal latex adhesion and uniformity, laying the foundation for consistent condom thickness and quality.
Condom dipping line
Clean moulds are immersed into latex tanks multiple times, with rotation between dips to ensure even coating. This process builds the condom’s thickness layer by layer, achieving the desired strength and feel.
Vulcanization of condoms
The latex-coated moulds enter high-temperature ovens at 110–120°C, where sulfur cross-links the rubber molecules. This thermochemical reaction transforms the latex into a strong, elastic, and durable final product.
Electronically Test Principle
The condom is placed on a stainless steel mould and voltage is applied to both inner and outer surfaces. If intact, the latex insulation blocks current flow; if even a tiny hole exists, the circuit completes and the unit is automatically rejected. This 100% dry electrolytic test ensures zero defective products reaching consumers.
Electronically Test line
Our factory operates both fully automatic electronic inspection equipment and manual electronic inspection lines. The automated lines handle high-volume screening with precision, while manual lines allow for additional quality checks. Together, they ensure every single condom passes the electronic test before packaging.
Condom Sealing workshop
Our inner packaging workshop is built to GMP 100,000-class cleanroom standards. Each condom is individually sealed into foil wrappers or other materials using automated machinery, ensuring hygiene, consistency, and protection throughout the packaging process.
Condom Packing workshop
Packaging is divided into manual and machine-operated lines. Standard specifications like 3-piece and 12-piece boxes are packed by automatic cartoning machines for high efficiency. Complex or large-volume packaging is completed manually. All materials are handled under clean conditions to ensure product integrity.
Condom test cernter
Our in-house laboratory performs a full range of finished product tests, including pinhole, burst, aging, and visible defect inspections. Each batch of goods is accompanied by a comprehensive quality report. This rigorous system ensures every shipment meets international standards before leaving our factory.
Warehouse
We maintain three dedicated warehouses for raw materials, semi-finished, and finished products. Raw material storage holds packaging inputs like foil rolls and boxes; finished goods are organized by shipping priority. Container trucks can drive directly into the warehouse for efficient loading and unloading, ensuring timely delivery worldwide.
